2. Booking and Reservation Policy

  • Room Rates: The room rates are based on the availability and can vary depending on the season or promotional offers. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • Reservations: A confirmed booking requires a valid payment method at the time of reservation. Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
    • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license, etc.) must be presented during check-in.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payments must be completed before check-in or as per prior arrangement.
  • Advance Payment: A partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm the booking, depending on the booking policy. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will result in the forfeiture of any advance payments made.
    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Damage to Property: Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be charged to the individual responsible. This includes damage to rooms, furniture, or other hotel assets.
  • Behavior: We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, and the property. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the hotel.

5. Hotel Rules

  • Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel rooms. Designated smoking areas are available. Violation of the non-smoking policy may result in a cleaning fee.
  • Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests’ privacy and comfort.
  • Room Cleaning: Room cleaning services are provided daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you do not want your room cleaned, please inform the front desk.

6. Liability and Responsibility

  • Loss or Damage: SSS Group Hotel Delhi is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms or public areas. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes for valuables.
  • Injury or Illness: The hotel is not liable for any injury, illness, or accidents that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety.
  • Force Majeure: The hotel is not responsible for interruptions to services (e.g., water, electricity) or other events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We respect the privacy of our guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
  • We may use your contact details to send you promotional offers or updates, but you have the right to opt out of such communications.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • SSS Group Hotel Delhi reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be made available on the hotel’s website or at the front desk.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
