2. Late Cancellation (Less than 48 hours before check-in)
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, any advance payment made will be forfeited as a late cancellation charge.
- Example: If your check-in is on October 10 at 12:00 PM, and you cancel after October 8, 12:00 PM, any deposit or advance paid will not be refunded.
Refund for Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, and any deposits will be retained by the hotel.
3. No-Show Policy
- No-Show Charges: If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
- This charge will apply even if the stay is cut short or canceled after the scheduled arrival date.
4. Modifications to Reservation
